This Site is a service page.

 

By using this Site and engaging with us, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times. Please read them carefully.

 

Definitions

 

  • "Company," "we," "our," or "us" refers to Vanamali International Ltd.

  • "Customer" refers to any individual, entity, or organization utilizing our spray painting services.

  • "Kitchen Makeup Team" denotes the Vanamali International Ltd team responsible for initial coordination and marketing activities.

  • "Sprayers" refers to independent self-employed individuals or entities, including Ltd owners and sole traders, engaged in providing spray painting services.

  • "Services" refers to the spray painting services provided by Sprayers.

Service Overview

​

We operate in a decentralized manner, similar to the Uber model, where our Kitchen Makeup Team handles initial coordination and marketing.
Services will be assigned to independent Sprayers based on availability, location, and other relevant factors.

 

Eligibility

​

To use our services,  you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction.
Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information during quotation and booking processes.

 

Service Booking

​

Customers can request spray painting services through our platform, and our Kitchen Makeup Team will coordinate and assign a Sprayer. Booking requests are subject to availability and may be declined or rescheduled at our discretion.
 

Estimate and Payment

​

Based on the photos and details provided, we will provide an estimate for the project. The estimate will include the cost of spraying, the details of the work and the possible additional fees.

 

Payment for services will be made in three parts: a non-refundable booking fee, an advance payment for materials, and the final payment upon project completion. Final payment needs to be done within 3 days after the work has been completed and accepted by the client.

Independent Contractors

​

Sprayers are independent contractors and not employees of the Company.

The Company is not responsible for Sprayers' actions or omissions beyond coordinating the assignment of spray painting services.

Service Pricing and Additional Fees

​

Service prices are determined based on the provided information about the job and may vary depending on project complexity.

Additional fees may apply for services such as multiple colours, degreasing, repairs, or extra materials and parking expenses that significantly affect the final price.

All that is described in the initial Estimate.

 

Quality Assurance

​

By default,  water-based paint is used, prioritizing environmental friendliness, although it may not achieve the same level of smoothness as PU-based alternatives. 

We strive for high-quality spray painting services, and customer satisfaction is important to us.

Please report any issues promptly, and we will work to address them to the best of our ability.

 

Liability

​

The Company is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from spray painting services provided by Sprayers.

We encourage open communication to resolve any issues amicably.

Privacy

​

We value your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

​

All content and materials provided by the Company are protected by intellectual property laws.

Customers and Sprayers are not permitted to use, reproduce, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

 

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend services, accounts, or access for any violation of these Terms.

 

Governing Law

​

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

 

Changes to Terms

​

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site.

Additional Information

 

Wood Grain and Hand-Painted Finish: Our estimate includes options for preserving wood grain and hand-painted finishes. Alterations to these finishes may incur additional costs.

 

Special Requirements: If you have specific requirements for the finish, colour shade, or other aspects, these should be discussed and agreed upon before the project begins.

 

Paint and Colour: Details about our paint, finish, and colour options are outlined in the initial Estimate.

 

Dates and Spraying Process: Information regarding the spraying process, stages, and space requirements is provided in the initial Estimate.

 

Warranty: We offer a 2-year warranty for our services, subject to specific conditions. Please review the Warranty section of the initial Estimate for details.

 

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will be issued in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.

  • Only payments made directly to Vanamali International Ltd are eligible for refunds. Payments made to individual Sprayers are not covered under this refund policy.

​

2. Non-Refundable Booking Fee

  • The non-refundable booking fee, as specified in the Estimate and Payment section, is non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee will not be refunded, even if the project is cancelled or rescheduled.

​

3. Advance Payment for Materials

  • The advance payment for materials, as specified in the Estimate and Payment section, is non-refundable once the materials have been purchased and preparations for the project have begun.

​

4. Final Payment

  • The final payment, as specified in the Estimate and Payment section, is non-refundable once the project has been completed, and accepted by the customer.

​

5. Cancellation Before Materials Purchase

  • If a customer cancels a project before any materials have been purchased or preparations for the project have begun, they may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable booking fee.

​

6. Disputed Charges

  • In the event of a dispute regarding charges or the quality of the work performed, customers are encouraged to contact Vanamali International Ltd to attempt to resolve the issue. Vanamali International Ltd will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve such disputes.

​

7. Refund Processing

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe of 1-3 months.

  • Refunds will be issued using bank transfer.

​

8. Refund Decisions

  • Decisions regarding refunds are at the sole discretion of Vanamali International Ltd. Refunds may be approved or denied based on the circumstances and the terms outlined in this policy.

9. Warranty Claims

  • Warranty claims are subject to the terms outlined in the Warranty section of Estimate.
